Service Description

Ayurveda translates as 'The Science of Life'. Balance, Vitality, Harmony It is a 5000 year old system which originated in India and its purpose is to help each of us to return to our natural state of health, balance and wholeness. It's a wonderful and completely holistic way of looking at the six pillars of health and introducing a consciousness based approach to health and healing, opening us to greater sense of well-being. My own experience of discovering my Dosha and introducing Ayurvedic practises has been interesting, fun and enlightening. Ayurveda encourages us to make conscious and heartfelt decisions about all areas of our wellbeing and I have found the benefits to be hugely uplifting. It’s an enormous topic! But if you choose to get curious and book a session, we’ll take everything at your pace and gently introduce practises that resonate with you and are highly individual. Practises that empower you to cultivate balance and vitality and harmony. What to Expect: During our one-to-one sessions, we’ll delve into foundational principles such as doshas (mind-body types), dinacharya (daily routines). Together, we'll explore: - Recommendations: Receive tailored recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care practices to restore balance and promote optimal health. - Mind-Body Practices: Explore mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and yoga techniques that support your Ayurvedic journey and enhance overall well-being. We can work together online or at home (if you’re local) for you to enjoy a one-off or a series of sessions that are all about you. Curious?
